Monthly care

Managed from launch, with clear boundaries.

Monthly care is not simply a hosting charge. It gives every live Velaune build an accountable technical owner for hosting, SSL, monitoring, security maintenance, backups, recovery and written support. It prevents a completed site or operational system from being left unsupported after launch.

Payment

50 percent before work begins and 50 percent when the approved build is ready, before launch.

Revisions

Presence includes one consolidated written revision round. Booking, Signature, Collective and Network include two.

Calls

No sales or discovery call is required. Onboarding, scope and approval can remain written.

Custom work

Enhancements outside the package scope are quoted at AUD 150 per hour with a two-hour minimum.
