This notice explains what Velaune collects through velaune.com, why it is used and the choices available to you.
Current privacy noticeWhen you submit a private build enquiry, Velaune may receive your professional or business name, email address, country, time zone, public website or profile, selected package and the workflow information you choose to provide. If you contact Velaune by email, we receive the information contained in that correspondence.
Information is used to review your enquiry, prepare a written recommendation, confirm scope, communicate with you, protect the website and maintain necessary business records. Velaune does not sell personal information.
The Sienna Vale demonstration is fictional. Sample requests and dashboard changes are stored locally in your browser so the two sides of the workflow can interact. They are not submitted to Velaune. You can remove them by using the demonstration reset control or clearing this site's browser storage.
Velaune uses service providers for website hosting, security and email delivery. These providers may process limited information in other jurisdictions and only as needed to provide their services. Velaune does not currently use advertising cookies on this website. Basic technical logs may be generated for security and reliable operation.
Enquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage an active or prospective client relationship, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of information held about you, subject to any record Velaune must retain. You may also withdraw from an enquiry at any time.
Privacy questions, requests and concerns about how information has been handled can be sent to privacy@velaune.com. Velaune will review the concern and respond directly.
